The outsole and upper of each ECCO golf shoe are bonded via low-pressure injection of PU. This allows ECCO to modify shock absorption and creates a strong, watertight seal without the use of any glue. What are the different ECCO Golf Cleat Systems?

Q-Lok

Bi-coloured Stinger cleats from Champ have secondary traction elements for stability and support. Cleats incorporate visible wear indicators and attach with the simple-to-use Q-Lok system.

Fast Twist Receptacle

Less than half a turn to click it in - turns back to click out.

Synchronized ratchet mechanism locks cleat into receptacle easily and prevents the cleat from coming loose during play.

The most lightweight cleat-insert system available.

Will not corrode.

Winter Spikes: If you are thinking of changing your spikes to winter spikes you are advised that the receptacle used on ECCO golf shoes are only compatible with Soft Spikes. Other brands of spikes may damage the receptacle and should not be used.

Metal Thread Receptacle

Traditional system where the cleat is screwed down into the receptacle and stays in place during play.

Before use, you are advised to undo all cleats apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly to the screw and return cleat to receptacle.

Spikeless

ECCO Golf offers a spikeless solution - using pre-moulded traction bars as part of the sole construction. A solutionthat provides excellent golf course grip, extreme mobility and long-lasting durability, combining convenience with functional performance.

Guarantee & Returns Policy

We hope you will be delighted with your shoes. Please try them on whilst standing on a carpeted surface, as we are unable to accept returns if the sole, upper or linings are marked. If you need to return your shoes for a refund or replacement, please complete the returns form and return your shoes with your receipt within 28 days. We will then process your replacement or refund the cost of the shoes to your card. Please help us by providing a contact telephone number for processing queries only.

When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches ECCO Oxford, we recommend that you send it registered post.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

We ask for details so that we can contact you in case there is a problem with your order. Why are there shoes on the site that are not in stock?

We are sorry if shoes you have ordered are sold out or delayed. We can order stock, if available, for you from a warehouse in Denmark. If the shoes are in the warehouse, we can usually despatch these to you in 10-14 days. If the shoes are not available we will contact you.

How are the shoes delivered?

For UK addresses that are not highlands or islands we use ANC. For all other addresses we use Parcel Force. We are only able to deliver to UK, N. Ireland, and Channel Islands. We deliver to the address of the card holder, if payment is made by credit or debit card. If more convenient, we can deliver to an alternative address but require the full address of the card holder and a contact landline telephone number.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product ordered. If a product is in stock at ECCO Oxford we will endeavour to deliver within 3 working days. If the product is in stock in Denmark, we will endeavour to deliver within 10 working days. We will contact you by phone or email to communicate any delay in dispatching your order.

I forgot to tell you something about my order, what do I do?

If it is before 1pm, and the order was placed in the last 24 hours then the order is unlikely to have left the shop. Phone us on 01865 728728. Please tell us that you have placed an order and quote the order number supplied when you checked out.

I have bought ECCO Golf shoes, how do I clean them?

Your receipt will indicate which type of leather (eg nubuck or suede) your shoes are made of. Refer to the shoe care guidelines below for cleaning details;

Waterproofing spray
ECCO® Universal Spray helps to guard against staining and water penetration.

Smooth leathers
Use a slightly damp cloth to remove excess dirt. Dry naturally, away from direct heat. The leather will remain soft and supple with ECCO® Daily Care Cream.

Gore-tex ® footwear
We do not recommend the use waxes or dubbins. Follow the tips for nubucks and leathers for everyday care. Protect with ECCO® Universal Waterproofing Spray.

At ECCO we recommend ECCO® shoe care products, which have been developed for the care of your shoes. but please read the instructions on the containers. For more information please contact us.

I can't find the Golf shoes I want on the website, how do I order them?

Telephone our customer service department on 01865 728728 quoting the name and style number of the ECCO golf shoe you wish to order and we will endeavour to order a pair from the ECCO warehouse in Denmark. If the shoe is available, delivery will be 10 - 14 days. In the event that we are unable to source the shoe for you, we will notify you as soon as possible.
